Multi-Computer License

Our Desktop Software is Licensed on a per-livestock operation basis. That means that you can install the desktop software on as many devices as you need provided all computers will be used for the same livestock operation. You can copy or email your data between your desktop and laptop computers for instance without needing to buy extra licenses.

Unlimitted Herd Size

Your license does not restrict the number of animals that you can enter and track in Ranch Manager. Our easy licensing does not restrict any features or options, use any and all features that work for you. One license is all you need for access to everything Ranch Manager has to offer.

Communicating with our customers is very important to us! With the purchase of Ranch Manager, you will receive free support. Feel free to send us an email, give us a call or contact us using our customer support area.
Access to Ranch Manager Updates

We do not charge for product updates. You are welcome to the latest and greatest with your purchase. You will not need to purchase incremental updates or major revisions of the products you own. For instance, when we released our Version 2 software, all Version 1 customers have access to the upgrade. The same will be the case for Version 3.

What's Not Include
  • PDA, Smart Phones and Devices: We are a software company only. We do not package any of our software with a device. All prices provided on the website are for software licenses only.
  • Shipping & Handling We now offer a "Download" option for our software which is free of charge. For those that require the CD shipped, a charge for Shipping & Handling is applied.
  • Replacement Media and Hard Copy Updates: These are available but for the standard Shipping & Handling fees. If you need replacement media or would like to order the latest updates on CD, please contact us.
  • New Product Pricing: Any future products may have different pricing structures that do not apply to the Desktop Edition above even if related. New products are not covered under the free updates. Pricing for these products will be outlined as they become available.
